This summer, I will be traveling to Uganda as an intern with Sozo Children. I am so excited about this opportunity that the Lord has given me, and I am fervently praying about how the Lord will use me this summer for His glory. I am also fully resting in the truth that God is Jehovah Jireh. That is, I trust that He will provide all of my needs, including the funds necessary to be able to go to Uganda. I know that He is able to do immeasurably more than all that we ask or even imagine possible (Ephesians 3:20). I hope that each of you would prayerfully consider supporting me in whatever way you can!

2014 Sozo Children Uganda Internship
Ephesians 4:1-6
"I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit—just as you were called to the one hope that belongs to your call— one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all."
This year we are excited to offer an incredible opportunity to a passionate group of college students. During the summer of 2014, each intern will be traveling to Uganda to serve orphan and neglected children while investing in the surrounding communities. They will each be stretched physically, spiritually, and emotionally while we explore the unique relationships found in the body of Christ. Regardless of background or titles we hold we are ONE in Jesus Christ.
This summer each intern will be tasked with the following responsibilites: discipling our Sozo Children, assisting the Ugandan staff at home, growing in relationship with each other, connecting believers in the surrounding communities, working alongside Ugandans in community rehabilitiation efforts, growing the local church, and facilitating Sozo Children teams.
