My name is Gifford Usher and I am a recent graduate of the University of Alabama. While attending college, I felt the call to begin a life of serving others and have been blessed to have the opportunity to follow this passion. Through your support, I will be able to go on two separate mission trips to Uganda throughout the year beginning in September and help nurture the spiritual growth of these amazing children.

Sozo Missionaries fuel the drive behind the on-ground Uganda work. They are considered facilitators. Since we have Ugandan staff in place raising the children and caring for their immediate needs, the missionaries are needed to assist those workers and invest in the children. They work alongside local Ugandans, inside Sozo homes and in outside communities, to further the gospel and represent Sozo Children.
