As most of you know, I've been heavily involved with the nonprofit Sozo Children. Between interning, being a missionary, and going on trips, I've been to Uganda 7 times! But I couldn't have done what the lord has called me to do without your help, so thank you. I also want you to know that I had all these crazy plans in my head for my life, but God reminded me that he was the one in control and he made a way for this crazy amazing opportunity of the internship I now have!

This time around I'm interning in three different areas for a total of 9 months. The first was interning in the office in Avondale, Alabama, the second is happening now, where I'll be in Uganda for three months, and the last part is being a chaperone for the Sozo Choir for four months! While I'm here in Uganda I will be serving the house parents to the best of my abilities helping with chores, homework, and any other ways I can best serve them. I will also be attending the Sozo Choir rehearsals and learning the ins-and-outs of the choir. When I return to America, January-May I will be a chaperone to 22 of our Sozo Kids in the Sozo Choir. I have also been given the opportunity to be the point person for all merchandise and transactions for them. We will be touring all over the US raising awareness of Sozo Children and the great work God is doing through them! Since this is an unpaid internship, I am asking for your support. Sozo Missionaries fuel the drive behind the on-ground Uganda work. They are considered facilitators. Since we have Ugandan staff in place raising the children and caring for their immediate needs, the missionaries are needed to assist those workers and invest in the children. They work alongside local Ugandans, inside Sozo homes and in outside communities, to further the gospel and represent Sozo Children.
