Family and friends,

I am blessed announced that I have been called to serve alongside Sozo Children, a Christian-based non-profit organization that cares for vulnerable and abandoned children in Uganda this spring break. I will spend March 8th-17th in Uganda, partnering with Sozo and serving both their children and the local community. My time will consist of serving in the children’s homes and building meaningful relationships with the Sozo kids. In addition, we will also host a Field Day, attend Kids Club, and visit the local markets in the local community.

I am beyond grateful for this opportunity to serve along Sozo Children and would love to extend the opportunity to partner with me in two ways! Most importantly, please cover my team and I in prayer. Pray the Lord will provide us with wisdom, protection, and clarity in sharing the Gospel as we build relationships with those we meet. Secondly, in order to serve in Uganda, I will need to raise a great amount of money. With the financial support from my family and friends, I cannot wait to serve as the hands and feet of Jesus in Uganda. Any amount of support, whether it be financial or through prayer, would be greatly appreciated! I have great faith that the Lord will provide me the means to have this opportunity!

Through short term missions, Sozo Children offers an avenue to those passionate to serve and be the hands and feet of Christ on the mission field. The teams will be traveling to Uganda to serve vulnerable children while investing in the surrounding communities. Each team member will be stretched physically, spiritually, and emotionally while we explore the unique relationships found in the body of Christ. 

Please note: A team member will be credited 97 percent of credit card payments. Three percent is decucted to cover credit card fees. Likewise, an e-check payment will be deducted $0.35 from the team members fundraising campaign for bank fees.
