Wow. It has always been a desire of my heart to go serve in Africa and the Lord has graciously provided me with this opportunity. I am so excited to go to Uganda for the first time with Sozo Children over Spring Break 2015! Our team will be going to the Ngongolo Village in Kampala where over 80  orphaned and neglected children are provided with a home through Sozo. I have been on trips to Trinidad and Austria, but this is a whole new ball game. It is going to be a strecthing and huge learning experience and I can't wait to see and SHARE how the Lord works.

The biggest thing our team needs, is prayer. Prayer is the foundation of all of the Lord's work. Please pray for safety in our travels and while we are in Uganda serving. Pray for the hearts of the children and the villagers to be softened toward the Gospel. Pray that we would be HIS hands and feet, serving humbly and faithfully. If you feel led to partner further in the trip, finanial support is needed. All donations help no matter how much. I appreciate your partnership and can't wait to see and SHARE how the Lord works in Uganda. I am confident that the Lord will provide and sustain.

ABOUT Uganda Mission - March 13th - March 22nd (2015)

Through short term missions, Sozo Children offers an avenue to those passionate to serve and be the hands and feet of Christ on the mission field. The teams will be traveling to Uganda to serve orphaned and neglected children while investing in the surrounding communities. They will each be stretched physically, spiritually, and emotionally while we explore the unique relationships found in the body of Christ.

Team members will be able to experience: doing life with our Sozo Children in all FOUR of our homes, assisting in daily chores and responsibilities at the houses, growing in relationship with each other, connecting with believers in the surrounding communities and ministering to families in a local village we work in called Ngongolo Village.
